| THEATRICAL LIGHTING SYSTEM
The theatre lighting system is functional and is constantly being upgraded (this over the past five years . The major items of the existing stage lighting system comprise mainly of STRAND brand equipment and include the following:
One (1) Strand lighting console
Two (2) Strand analog dimmer racks
Strand Zoom lights
Strand Follow spots
The stage lighting system is powered at 230 / 115 volts with boost from transformers employed as needed. There are plans with the redevelopment of the facility, to update the stage lighting system to include a new dimming system as well as the following items:
Strobe lights
UV Flood lights
Moving head fixtures Stage Colour lights (for blending)
Fog generators
Coolbeam Spotlights
Cyberlights
A modern stage lighting system will enable the technicians to achieve more complex lighting solutions that are being demanded in theatre nowadays.
SOUND SYSTEM
The stage lighting system and sound lighting system go hand in hand at Naparima Bowl. The Sound system is functional and has been constantly upgraded within the past five (5) years.
The major items of the existing stage sound system comprise of SHURE, MACKIE, CREST and MYER brand equipment and include the following:
Mackie mixing console
Crown and Myer amplifiers
Shure Microphones
Denon CD Cassette
Lexicon processors
Klark Technic processors
The following major items have been recommended to modernize the sound system:
Drum and Bass Microphones
A CD recorder
Equalizers
Flown Speaker System and Sub-Woofers
